We really enjoyed our food here. We sat on the terrace in the December sunshine and really enjoyed the food. I would definitely go there again if I was visiting Monte again.

Sat down for a late lunch to wait out the rain. We enjoyed the steak cheese sauce, chicken nuggets and a few drinks. This was the best quality beef we have had in Portugal. They have snacks here if you want to grab a bag on your walk rather than sitting down. There was a lot of indoor and outdoor seating.

We stopped here for lunch after our climb up and down Alto. We had a delicious mixed seafood spaghetti and squid. The food was very homely, fabulously presented, and so tasty!
